Frequently-asked-question lists (FAQs) are regularly-updated files
that compile the most common questions, problems, solutions and tips
we encounter for a variety of issues related to Pegasus Mail and
Mercury. You can retrieve these FAQ lists at any time by sending any
mail message to the e-mail address associated with the FAQ you want
to retrieve. The subject and body of the message you send are ignored
and you will not receive any kind of personal reply. Most modern mail
programs will recognize the URL format used below and allow you simply
to double-click on the FAQ you want to send it a message.

Example: if you want to receive the FAQ for Pegasus Mail for Windows,
you would send a message to the address:
